Place your order by 1 p.m. and we'll ship it the same day by Royal Mail! ( ALL UK ORDERS) ( WORKING DAYS ONLY)

 

The courier takes parcels from us from Monday to Friday.

We don't ship packages on weekends and at the Bank Holidays.

This is done much faster and without customs clearance. 

 

Free Shipping (1-2 working days) on orders over £50.00 (Ireland not applicable)

- Shipping coast UK (1-2 working days) £4.95

- Shipping coast Northern Ireland (1-5 working days) £9.90 ( THE SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return

You can return purchased products up to 14 days from the day you receive the parcel. To do this, you only need to send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract in writing to the address of our headquarters or by e-mail to info@noblelashes.co.uk. 

Then download and complete the return form. Pack the returned products with the completed form and send the package to the following address:

WITH THE NOTE: RETURN

If a VAT invoice was issued for the order, please add it to the shipment.

Remember to carefully pack the package and secure it against possible damage in transit. Returned products cannot bear signs of use.

We do not receive parcels sent to with cash on delivery service or to a parcel locker. The cost of return shipment is borne by the Buyer.

After receiving the package, you will receive a confirmation email. We refund funds to your account up to 14 days from the day we receive the package.

 

Complaint

If you want to report the receipt of a defective product, please contact us in writing to the address of our office or by e-mail to info@noblelashes.co.uk.

In order to process your complaint faster, please attach as much detail as possible about the complaint and attach photos of the defect. You will receive up to 14 days to respond to your complaint.

If you want to send back the  product, please download and complete the complaint form. Then package the product with the completed form and send the package to the following address:

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you will receive a response to the complaint. In the event of a positive review, we will issue a refund to your account within 14 days of the date of the decision.
