What is a Lash Lift?

The treatment does not attach anything additional on the lashes and, instead, improves the curl of the natural eyelashes. Using a special lifting solution and a curling rod, the eyelashes are placed into the desired position and fixed into place. How does the treatment look like?
The lash lift treatment is very simple and quick, allowing both the stylist and the client to feel comfortable during the procedure. Usually, the whole process takes about 30 minutes, sometimes up to an hour. The treatment begins with a consultation with the stylist to determine which style of lashes and which curl will work best for the individual client. Based on the client’s answers, the stylist will choose a suitable curling rod to shape their eyelashes.
The treatment begins with a thorough cleansing of the eye area and removing any makeup from the client’s face. Then, silicone eye pads are placed on the eyelids to hold the eyelashes during the procedure. To place the eyelashes on the pads, it is best to use a Y-shaped eyelash brush. When the client is prepared and their lashes in place, the stylist will begin applying several substances one after another. After the treatment, it is advised that the client avoids water and steam for at least 24 hours.
